Haitian President Jovenel Moise was killed a week ago. One of the suspects, who worked has a history of working for the DEA, reached out to his handlers. This is after collaborated video shows the assassins claiming it was a DEA operation. The DEA, of course, denies giving the order.

Is this a public burn notice? Limited hangout? False flag? Who do you believe?

Maybe some background would be helpful here. Here’s some context as you seek answers:

President Moise replaced Michel Martelly, who dissolved parliament while the US ambassador anticipated a gold rush for infrastructure contracts after the 2010 earthquake.

Martelly replaced Rene Preval, who was pressured by the US in his administration to not join PetroCaribe after his 2006 election.

Preval replaced Jean-Bertrand Aristide after he left in 2004 due to protests and a coup by the US-trained Guy Philippe.

Aristide was initially elected in 1991, after anti-Duvalier protests fomented by the CIA-funded National Intelligence Service.

Needless to say, this was due to the ousting of Francois Duvalier in 1986 which was well after he proclaimed himself president for life in 1964, and after his first successful election in 1957 from his US-backed campaign.

Before this was a series of junta coups following the forced resignation of Dumarsais Estime from presssure by Rafael Trujillo in 1950. Trujillo was an ally of the former US-backed president Elie Lescot, who filled the legislature without elections and resigned after protests arose in 1946.

This was also after Rafael Trujillo killed tens of thousands of Haitians in 1937, aided by US-trained Colonel Calixte.

Before then, US marines killed protestors in the Marchaterre massacre in 1929, which occurred after US General John H. Russell Jr. ruled without a legislature since 1922.

This was done after a new constitution was approved by a plebiscite of only 5% of the population, authorized by a US State Department that separated votes of an illiterate population in 1919. That was necessitated after the US dissolved the National Assembly (via Smedley Butler) for refusing to pass a new constitution in 1917. That proposed constitution was written by then Undersecretary of the Navy Franklin D. Roosevelt to remove the prohibition on foreign ownership of land.

This was after 1915 when Philippe Sudre Dartiguenave became president with Americans holding governmental positions of Financial Adviser, Customs Receivership, Constabulary, Public Works Service, and Public Health Safety. All of which happened after Woodrow Wilson sent marines into Haiti to occupy and forcibly remove the country’s entire gold reserve from the vaults of Banque Nationale d’Haiti to be deposited in the National City Bank of NY (i.e. Citibank) in 1914. This was after the NY Bank received US State Department backing to control the Banque in 1911.

Though small on a planetary timescale, I think more than 100 years of history is more than enough context for human purposes.
